B eautiful Russain halo ring made in Tsarist Imperial Russia ca. Late XIX - early XX century. Flower crown is Silver + Gold composite measuring 16 mm x 14 mm x 6 mm deep. Siberian Diamond is of old rose cut , hand cut stone, of a bit irregular shapes measuring 9.5 mm x 6 mm x 2.4 mm deep / ca 1.85 ct. Small chip close to the girdle.
Minor flaws are visible inside the stone. Back side of the stone needs extra cleaning from grease and dust. Diamond is encircled with 10 Marcuise cut natural dark rose colored Rubies set in miniature Silver clusters, all also hand cut , measuring 3 mm x 1.5 mm / 0.025 ct each. Hallmarked with maker's and 56 Russian Imperial Standard hallmarks. A few Rubies show very minor wear to facets under x 10 magnification only. All stones original, secure settings.
