This elegant 22K Gold Cobalt Net porcelain tea set with a magnificent original design will complement any meal - whether it is an ordinary tea party with friends or a holiday feast. A tea set with a hand-molded body of solid, non-porous porcelain. The designs on its surfaces are made with the decal technique, which involves applying a pattern to a porcelain surface from a paper sheet, using gold-based super-paint and cobalt oxide.

The tea set was made at the legendary Imperial Porcelain Factory, which was opened in the second half of the 18th century, in accordance with the old production methods of the company. A unique recipe for each type of porcelain was developed by the scientist Dmitry Vinogradov back in the 18th century for the Elizabethan Porcelain Manufactory (now the Imperial Porcelain Factory). Each item is painted and decorated manually, using the overglaze technique. Unusual paints are used to decorate tableware, such as cobalt oxide (black paint that turns blue after firing in an oven at extremely high temperatures) and super-paint, which is made from liquid gold. Painting is carried out by hand using underglaze and overglaze techniques, as wells as the decal technique.

The main painting on the body of the dishes is protected by layers of transparent glass glaze. A practical gift option for a general or personal holiday.
