Imperial Russian Silver Basket Bowl Gilded inside St Petersburg Antique (3135)

Silver and gilt washed Russian silver basket. Petersburg, late 19th - early 20th century (pre 1914). Measures approx 9 inches long;7 1/4 to the top of the handle when raised. Weighs 1lb 4.6oz on my electronic postal scale. Handle with little scrolls on the sides near the hinges and widenting towards the top.

Inside is richly gilt washed. Hallmarked with 84 and St. L Tiny hallmarks on handle near hinges as well. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE.
