Since its design in 1950 by Anna Yatskevich the Cobalt Net has become a symbol of simplicity and elegance, and it is so loved by the public in Europe and Americas that now Cobalt Net serves as a visiting-card of Lomonosov (Imperial) porcelain. However, behind the deceptive visual simplicity of the pattern there is so much complicated and time-consuming hand-painting that any "black market"s attempts of repeating Cobalt Net and producing cheap items fail. This is the finest Russian firm porcelain produced by Imperial Porcelain.
This porcelain is thin with an exceptional durability. Imperial porcelain is white without any yellowish undertone; unfortunately, photos do not always reflect that.
