Rectangular with rounded corners, the cover with an enameled Russian flag, a high relief symbol that seems to be a door and the letters 2TC, with cabochon stone push-piece. Marked inside cover and base. Very good antique condition with some slight bumps.
The close/ open mechanism needs some attention. It is complete and working but sometimes not. Enamel a bit lost at the Russian flag. Otherwise nothing to be mentioned.
